SHIPPING
We ship out most orders directly from our distributor warehouse within 2 days after the order is placed. In the event this takes longer, e.g. for items with a drop-ship restriction, we will notify of you of the the estimated shipping time. All firearms shipments must sent a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and in some cases, also ammo. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to own or possess in your state. Shipments to FFLs are generally made within 3 days following approval to ship.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 business days for a Return Authorization. Any returned items must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging, i.e. in resalable condition. Sales on the following items are final: firearms, ammunition, special orders, illumination devices, electronic sights and optics, and clearance items. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are not refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind and decide to cancel after placing an order, a 3% fee may be deducted from the refund if we issue. Please expect 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account. You may also request a store credit to apply towards another purchase for the full amount paid.
