The Pearce Grip PG-EZ Grip Extension replaces the factory magazine base plate on the single-stack Smith & Wesson M&P 380 Shield EZ. Designed specifically for .380 ACP models, this magazine base plate extension provides a more comfortable and secure grip while maintaining the pistol’s original magazine capacity. Its streamlined profile integrates with the magazine and firearm for a factory-style appearance.

The PG-EZ adds approximately 1/2 inch of additional gripping surface, giving the shooter improved control and a more consistent hand position. Enhanced ergonomics help support easier handling during practice, carry preparation, and everyday shooting. The extension is finished in black to complement the M&P 380 Shield EZ and provide a clean, discreet look.

Installation replaces the existing magazine base plate and does not increase magazine capacity.
