The Pearce Grip PG19G5 Grip Extension replaces the factory magazine base plate to provide approximately 1/2 inch of additional gripping surface. This ergonomic upgrade improves comfort, handling, and control without changing the magazine’s capacity. Its low-profile design integrates cleanly with compatible magazines while providing a more secure grip during use.
The PG19G5 is designed for mid-size and full-size Glock Gen 4 and Gen 5 models equipped with magazines featuring double notches for the ambidextrous magazine release. It is compatible with magazines holding more than 10 rounds and is not intended for single-notch or lower-capacity magazines. Installation replaces the original base plate and does not require modification to the magazine.
