The SIG Sauer Electro-Optics ROMEO8H SOR81001 red dot sight is designed for modern sporting rifles and shotguns that demand rapid target acquisition, dependable illumination, and rugged field performance. Its 1x magnification and unlimited eye relief allow users to acquire the aiming point quickly from virtually any viewing position behind the optic. The integrated 2 MOA red ballistic dot and 65 MOA circle reticle provide a versatile aiming solution for close-range engagement and fast target transitions.
The ROMEO8H offers four integrated reticle options, including a dot, circle-dot, dot with holds, and circle-dot with holds. Its ultra-efficient red LED illumination delivers excellent daylight visibility while helping maximize battery life. The motion-activated MOTAC system powers the optic on when movement is detected and shuts it down during periods of inactivity, helping conserve the readily available CR123 battery. A side-loading battery compartment allows for quick battery replacement without removing the sight from the firearm.
Built for demanding conditions, the SIG Sauer ROMEO8H features SpectraCoat optical coatings and a rugged housing that is fog-proof, shockproof, and waterproof with an IPX-7 rating. The included 1.535-inch mount height supports a comfortable, streamlined setup on compatible platforms.
