The Warne Maxima M918918M 2-piece scope base set provides a secure, low-profile mounting solution for compatible Browning rifles. Built around the proven Weaver-style design, these steel bases feature a full-width recoil slot in each base. This allows the recoil control keys on Warne rings to achieve maximum bearing surface for dependable optic retention during field use and repeated recoil.
The low-profile configuration helps maintain a streamlined setup and supports convenient transitions between magnified optics and open sights. When paired with compatible Warne quick-detach rings, the bases allow you to remove an optic, use the rifle with open sights, and return to a magnified optic with return-to-zero performance. The matte black finish complements a wide range of rifle configurations while helping reduce glare.
Warne Maxima M918918M bases are designed to fit Browning .22 Stalker, Micro Medallion, WSM, A-Bolt, A-Bolt II, and .22 models, as well as Sako A7, Steyr SBS, and Pro Hunter rifles. The bases mount to the receiver using 6-48 screws and are intended for Weaver-style rings. Rings are not included, making this set a practical choice when replacing existing bases or building a customized scope mounting system.
