Lee 91880 Breech Lock 3-Die Set for .40 S&W Carbide

The Lee 91880 Breech Lock 3-Die Set provides the essential components for reloading .40 S&W pistol cartridges with reliable, repeatable results. Designed with carbide construction, the full-length sizing die simplifies case preparation by eliminating the need for case lubrication in normal use. The set includes colored Smart Lock bushings, making die identification quick and convenient when working with multiple reloading setups.
The included three-die configuration features a Carbide Full Length Sizing Die, Bullet Seating Die, and Powder Thru Expanding Die. A Universal Shell Holder, Powder Dipper, and detailed instructions with load data are also included. The powder-through expanding die allows powder charging and case mouth expansion as part of the loading process, while the bullet seating die helps position bullets consistently. For loading 10mm Auto, back out the bullet seating die and powder-through expanding die approximately 1 3/4 turns. Refer to Modern Reloading for applicable 10mm load data.
This set can also be used for reloading 41 Action Express ammunition with the appropriate setup adjustments. For that application, the powder-through expanding die and bullet seating die should be backed out approximately two turns. The load data supplied with this die set must not be used for 41 Action Express; obtain appropriate load data from a trusted powder manufacturer. Always verify die adjustments, components, cartridge specifications, and published load data before beginning a loading session. WARNING: Do not use reloads in Glock or similar firearms with chambers that do not fully support the cartridge because of feed-ramp intrusion. Follow all firearm and reloading equipment manufacturer safety instructions.
